The mission of the Wings of Victory Outreach Corporation is to give a ray of hope for a better future by providing charitable relief, resources, and educational programs to develop self-sufficiency in those who are experiencing homelessness. And to enable this mission to be fulfilled, the Wings of Victory Outreach Corporation is hosting its 6th Annual Dinner and Jazz to support the homeless.
