Every other year, the Office for Black Catholics of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia sponsors a fundraising gala to raise funds to supplement the Msgr. Mitchell Scholarship Fund. 

This fund was established in March 2008 to support African American Catholic high school students within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia who are academically talented and demonstrate financial need.  

The Msgr. Mitchell Scholarship Gala this year will feature entertainment by The Stephen Mitnaul Trio!  Tickets are now sold out.
